- Project Manager leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects for Argano. Ensuring project success through effective planning, execution, and delivery within budget and scope.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
- Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Establish and execute project plans to implement Oracle Cloud software.
- Work with COE Leads to establish staffing and adjust as needed.
- Manage project risks, actions, issues and decisions.
- Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet.
- Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree preferred.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in project management.
- Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
- Full life cycle hands-on Project Management of Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Experience managing project activities for a team of consultants.
- Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Project management software knowledge such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.
