About the role

  • Senior Environmental Project Manager with extensive experience in environmental consulting. Responsible for site assessments, project management, and mentorship within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Determine the need and scope for sampling programs
  • Develop environmental sampling protocols
  • Ensure site assessments are completed properly
  • Prepare site assessment report(s) to meet regulatory requirements
  • Communicate results of site assessment to stakeholders
  • Oversee the preparation and senior review of technical deliverables
  • Mentor staff and provide senior technical direction to project teams

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree from a program with relevant subject matter
  • Fully licensed (and in good standing) as a P.Eng or P.Geo in the province of Ontario
  • Minimum of 15 years of environmental consulting experience
  • 6+ years of progressive experience encompassing project planning, coordinating and project management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and high energy
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and multiple projects appropriately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Capable of understanding and appropriately applying prescribed safety and technical protocols
