Responsibilities
- Help the Chief Information Officer’s teams define and monitor targets, and identify opportunities to improve agreements with IT suppliers
- Assume a leadership and coaching role with other supplier management advisors among IT officers
- Lead, coordinate or conduct governance activities of IT suppliers
- Establish and maintain constructive relationships with all collaborators, taking into account their needs, objectives, deadlines and issues
- Serve as a subject matter expert for your unit, for supplier and IT asset management sectors and for other departments involved in specific topics
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided by suppliers and work with the team to improve processes and monitoring activities
- Present results to the officers and managers responsible for audited activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience, including at least three years in an advisory role
- Experience in IT supplier management and supplier governance
- Experience in enhancing and improving IT processes
- Experience in change management or corporate communications
- Experience in complex environments requiring strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of French is required
- SAM or IAITAM training or certification
- ITIL Foundation training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
