Responsibilities
Assist with needs analysis as well as training development, logistics and delivery
Coach and mentor employees

Make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects
Coordinate and interact with stakeholders in many other fields
Advise clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects
Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs
Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
Represent unit before decision-making bodies
Identify and implement strategies linked to the development or launching of new tools
Review regulatory compliance in the application of credits
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
