About the role

  • Senior Project Management Advisor supporting cross-sector Agile initiatives in a financial group. Coaching teams and stakeholders to enhance Agile methodologies with strategic business directions.

Responsibilities

  • Support teams in setting up Agile development approaches.
  • Meet with various stakeholders to help them understand, introduce and apply Agile principles.
  • Provide support and coaching for scrum masters for highly complex and strategic activities or situations.
  • Identify training needs and make recommendations as required.
  • Conduct an analysis of a client’s initial environment, make recommendations and provide support while starting up or turning around Agile projects.
  • Monitor changes in the organization and suggest solutions adapted to their Agile maturity level.
  • Ensure Agile practices, procedures, methods and tools are used efficiently.
  • Monitor the industry to understand and anticipate trends in their field of expertise and make suitable recommendations to develop best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
