About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support team management by coordinating activities, action plans, and initiatives
  • Coach and guide a team of professionals, assigning tasks and activities

  • Help resolve complaints and problems in accordance with the organization’s practices
  • Manage the budget and make recommendations on planning and executing complex projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
