About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide specialized technical support for IT incidents reported by users
- Carry out installation, configuration and upgrade activities for equipment or software
- Analyze issues, conduct the necessary research, diagnose and document problems
- Resolve incidents or handle service requests according to established standards
- Identify and communicate improvement opportunities and implement these changes
- Collaborate on developing tools to increase the efficiency, performance, security and stability of IT environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French required
- Intermediate knowledge of English
- Knowledge of VMware NSX
- Knowledge of the vSphere suite
- Knowledge of vRealize suite tools (Operations, Log Insight, Automation, etc.)
- Knowledge of various telecommunications components
- Knowledge of Lenovo and HPE servers and their management tools
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux platforms
