Technical expert managing applications related to billing and device management at Enbridge. Collaborates with services and product owners to ensure effective application delivery.
Responsibilities
Act as the technical subject‑matter expert for assigned applications and integrations, supporting AMS, MSPs and business partners.
Serve as the technical escalation point, supporting the resolution of incidents, problems and managed incidents, including root cause analysis.
Collaborate with AMS, service owners and product owners to deliver incidents, enhancements and projects, translating business requirements into technical context.
Provide hands‑on technical support during upgrades, deployments, go‑lives and related activities.
Support application security and governance, ensuring alignment with IT policies and standards.
Contribute to solution design, scoping, estimation, testing (unit/SIT) and proofs of concept.
Coordinate stakeholder communications, including outage planning and change management activities.
Perform peer code reviews and support prioritization and execution of the work portfolio.
Requirements
University degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in application maintenance, support or development.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
1–2 years or more of experience collaborating with business teams and external service providers.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA IS‑U (meter‑to‑cash), including billing or device management integrations.
FI‑CA considered an asset.
Hands‑on expertise with SAP ABAP, SQL, CDS views, SAP Cloud Platform, workflows, BRF+, Fiori/UX, Adobe Forms, OpenText, and performance monitoring and debugging.
Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Azure methodologies and FRICEW estimation.
Broad IT experience across projects, process and data analysis, implementations and operations, with the ability to align IT solutions to business objectives.
Knowledge of PMO frameworks and IT governance.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a matrixed environment.
Goal‑oriented, adaptable and a strong team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluency in French is required; strong working knowledge of English is required.
