About the role

Product Analyst in AgExpert development team ensuring quality standards of software products. Validating output, identifying defects, and collaborating for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Validate developer output by testing functionality against defined product requirements and acceptance criteria
Develop and execute test cases to ensure system reliability, accuracy and usability
Identify, document and track defects, working closely with development teams to support timely resolution
Collaborate with the Customer Care Centre to investigate reported incidents and propose solutions
Support continuous quality improvement by contributing to test strategies, regression testing and process enhancements
Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, providing a quality and testing perspective

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance or business administration
Experience in software quality assurance, testing or a related analytical role
Hands-on experience writing and executing test cases
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to clearly document findings and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in Agile product delivery environments
Experience supporting or working with AgExpert products (preferred)
Knowledge of test automation frameworks or tools (preferred)
Previous experience working closely with customer support or customer care teams (preferred)
Understanding of accounting principles and best practices (preferred)
