About the role

  • Growth Marketing Specialist taking ownership of acquisition performance for Felix Health's categories. Building and optimizing campaigns while analyzing data to drive efficient growth in health services.

Responsibilities

  • Own a Product Category: Take full ownership of acquisition performance for your category. You will be the person who knows these numbers better than anyone, spots risks early rather than explaining them after the fact, and brings recommendations rather than questions so we can dig in together.
  • Own the Unit Economics: Hands-on data analysis is core to this role. Dig into the numbers to learn how your category really behaves on CAC, LTV to CAC, contribution margin, and payback, and care about growing efficiently. We will want your view on where the next dollar works hardest.
  • Execute Daily In-Platform: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels. Budget pacing, bid strategy, audience structure, and the daily judgment calls that hold performance on target are yours.
  • Diagnose the Why: Look past the dashboard. When a metric moves, chase down the mechanism behind it and help the team understand what it means for the next decision.
  • Run a Real Testing Roadmap: Keep a forward-looking queue of creative, audience, and landing page tests. Write the hypothesis first, measure it honestly, and write down what you learned so the whole team compounds on it. Test the ideas you are not yet convinced by, because the read matters more than being right.
  • Brief and Ship Performance Creative: Partner with our creative strategists to turn customer insight and performance data into briefs, then see it through with internal creative and external partners until the assets are live and learning.
  • Drive Funnel and Conversion Optimization: Find the friction in our user journey, propose landing page and onboarding flow tests, and work alongside product and engineering to ship them.
  • Grow Into Strategic Channel Planning: Start by leading the tests and the readouts. With coaching from the Director, build toward owning the quarterly plan for your category, sizing the budget case with data, and making the argument for it yourself.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth or performance marketing.
  • Direct, hands-on experience managing meaningful budgets in Meta Ads, Google Ad, YouTube, Mobile App Advertising and/or Direct Mail .
  • Experience briefing and iterating on performance creative across static, video, and UGC.
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing methodology and CRO fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets plus a BI or product analytics tool (Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
  • A solid grasp of how measurement works: UTM discipline, conversion tracking, server-side events, and attribution basics. You do not need to have built the plumbing, but you should understand it.
  • A DTC, e-commerce, or subscription background is highly preferred.

Benefits

  • Full medical, dental and vision benefits
  • Maternity/paternity policy
  • 4 weeks vacation (3 weeks anytime + 1 week during the holidays)
