About the role

Responsibilities
- You’re ready to make hands-on contributions at every stage of the project lifecycle, brainstorming concepts with the project team and developing creative solutions and user flows, while ensuring deadlines are met.
- You should be curious about user behaviour and seek to apply quantitative and qualitative data from our research team to iterate and improve our product features.
- You’re able to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate product requirements into beautiful, usable UI.
- At the same time, you can work with developers and ensure your solution is technically feasible.
- You should be comfortable accepting input and feedback from these different groups, and occasionally making pragmatic compromises to deliver high quality products on time.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in a UX / Product Design role. You know Figma inside and out.
- Ability to maintain high-spec Figma files and provide clear implementation guidance to front-end developers.
- Strong conceptual and logical thinking. We want people who can start a project off from a strong position and come up with surprising, cool concepts to move forward with.
- Strong data-driven design approach that contributes to the results of our products.
- Expand upon our existing design system and work with the engineering team to ensure proper implementation, consistency, and scalability.
- Effective presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels for both internal and client audiences.
- A portfolio of high-caliber work that showcases experience with responsive web, native applications, prototypes, and product design.
- Great work ethic and sense of ownership and accountability.
