About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of Developers; setting the technical direction and long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality, and efficient UI development across the company.
- Drive AI adoption within the stack — both within your team and in enabling others to use AI for building on top of the platform.
- Establish clear frameworks, standards, and boundaries that accelerate delivery without compromising quality or design cohesion.
- Own and evolve your team’s roadmap — including components, design patterns, developer interfaces, and internal tooling.
- Provide technical mentorship and hands-on guidance to ensure strong engineering practices and architectural decisions.
- Create platform-level systems that allow other teams to build front-end features with minimal front-end expertise.
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of proven experience as an engineering leader, ideally with prior experience owning front-end platforms, or design systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering in a distributed environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to set clear direction and drive alignment across teams.
- A bias for action, a product-oriented mindset, and a strong belief in empowering others through platform thinking.
