Ensure economic systems are balanced, scalable, and aligned with long-term player value.
Translate player behavior and qualitative feedback into quantitative models and tuning decisions.
Define hypotheses and design A/B tests across gameplay features, monetization, and LiveOps initiatives.
Work closely with analytics to interpret test results and player data, turning insights into clear product actions.
Use data visualization and analysis tools to monitor performance and guide prioritization.
Apply player-centric and design-thinking approaches to new features, events, and optimizations.
Anticipate the downstream impact of design and product decisions on player behavior, economy, and revenue.
Set clear priorities to maximize retention, engagement, and LTV.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, analytics, production, and leadership to drive aligned decision-making.
Clearly communicate product intent, results, and next steps to stakeholders.
