About the role
- Founder developing real-world data and physical asset intelligence ventures for Forum AI Studio. Building geospatial, inspection, or infrastructure data businesses from concept to early traction.
Responsibilities
- Explore and develop a company concept in real-world data and physical asset intelligence
- Build, sell, and navigate geospatial capture and physical asset intelligence businesses
- Potentially sell inspection, LiDAR, or geospatial technology into utilities, DOTs, or infrastructure owners
- Potentially build capture networks or field data products producing audit-grade condition truth
- Attract, hire, and lead world-class teams
- Collaborate with Forum's validation, operating, fundraising, and mentor networks to launch and grow a B2B SaaS company
Requirements
- Early-stage operator experience with a proven track record of building, selling, and navigating the geospatial capture and physical asset intelligence world
- Experience selling inspection, LiDAR, or geospatial technology into utilities, DOTs, or infrastructure owners and running the sales cycle end to end
- Experience building capture networks or field data products that produce audit-grade condition truth for lenders, insurers, regulators, or autonomy teams
- Ability to attract, hire, and lead world-class teams
- Demonstrated passion for technology's ability to change the world
- Desire to be a venture-backed founder
- Must be Canada- or US-based
- Ability to collaborate in North American time zones
