About the role

AI developer building machine-learning models and image datasets for GenAIz's life science and pharmaceutical software. Collaborating with developers, designers, product, business, and architecture teams.

Responsibilities

Act independently, developing without significant supervision
Communicate and document progress for technical and non-technical audiences
Report and present progress clearly and effectively to peers and management
Participate in peer review, share ideas and help everyone succeed
Understand domain data sets and their characteristics so that data sets with similar characteristics may be generated
Develop and build AI to generate image-based datasets
Work alongside developers, UI/UX designers, product, business, and architecture teams

A master's or equivalent experience
3+ years of industry experience on multidisciplinary image-based projects in either engineering or science disciplines
Theoretical and empirical experience in machine learning
Experience with business team requirements
Experience implementing and evaluating machine learning models
Experience applying deep neural networks to vision problems
Comfortable improving existing code and refining existing models
History of creating and working with datasets, preferably large datasets
Experience manipulating and analyzing data from different sources
Able to write clean, re-usable, and production-ready code
Familiar with Python, deep learning frameworks such as Caffe, Keras, TensorFlow, Pytorch, numpy and sklearn
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication
Love to work as part of a team and with people in general
