About the role

  • Product Owner leading business system integrations in a team focused on enterprise solutions. Collaborating across departments to deliver innovative integration solutions that support business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product backlog for business system integrations (ERP, CRM) and external integrations (EDI, third-party APIs, compliance agencies)
  • Define, prioritize, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
  • Manage integration requirements across EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, AS2) and compliance mandates such as e-invoicing and tax reporting
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies
  • Drive delivery ceremonies — sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives — ensuring the team stays aligned with product vision and priorities
  • Monitor integration health and proactively identify gaps, risks, or opportunities for improvement across the integration landscape
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure integration designs align with enterprise standards, scalability requirements, and long-term platform strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a software or enterprise integration context
  • Solid understanding of ERP and CRM platforms (SAP, D365, Salesforce, or equivalent) and how they integrate with the broader enterprise
  • Hands-on familiarity with EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT, AS2 — you know what an 850, 856, and 810 are
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Event Hub, or Service Bus) or equivalent iPaaS platforms
  • Exposure to compliance integration requirements such as e-invoicing mandates or tax reporting obligations (e.g., GST/HST, VAT, SAF-T)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to both technical teams and executive sponsors
  • Proficient in Agile/Kanban methodologies with experience owning and grooming a product backlog
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical complexity into business-clear language
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
