Responsibilities
Own the product backlog for business system integrations (ERP, CRM) and external integrations (EDI, third-party APIs, compliance agencies)
Define, prioritize, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
Manage integration requirements across EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, AS2) and compliance mandates such as e-invoicing and tax reporting
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies
Drive delivery ceremonies — sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives — ensuring the team stays aligned with product vision and priorities
Monitor integration health and proactively identify gaps, risks, or opportunities for improvement across the integration landscape
Collaborate with architects to ensure integration designs align with enterprise standards, scalability requirements, and long-term platform strategy
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a software or enterprise integration context
Solid understanding of ERP and CRM platforms (SAP, D365, Salesforce, or equivalent) and how they integrate with the broader enterprise
Hands-on familiarity with EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT, AS2 — you know what an 850, 856, and 810 are
Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Event Hub, or Service Bus) or equivalent iPaaS platforms
Exposure to compliance integration requirements such as e-invoicing mandates or tax reporting obligations (e.g., GST/HST, VAT, SAF-T)
Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to both technical teams and executive sponsors
Proficient in Agile/Kanban methodologies with experience owning and grooming a product backlog
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical complexity into business-clear language
Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
