About the role

  • Senior bilingual talent acquisition partner sourcing and hiring sales and project management talent at GE Vernova. Advising leaders, negotiating offers, and improving recruitment processes for the energy transition.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage active and passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Assess candidates’ expertise, cultural fit, and growth potential.
  • Share market insights and coach junior recruiters.
  • Promote an inclusive and equitable recruitment process and serve as a GE Vernova brand ambassador.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations.
  • Lead complex offer negotiations and advise on compensation benchmarks.
  • Turn recruitment metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
  • Apply Lean principles to streamline processes and track KPIs.
  • Contribute to team projects and advance best practices.

Requirements

  • Significant full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and managing complex offer negotiations.
  • Experience advising senior leaders and hiring managers on recruitment strategy and market trends.
  • Proven ability to translate recruitment metrics into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • A university degree is not required.
  • Significant recruiting experience for sales, business development, project management, or product management roles preferred.
  • Ability to build, segment, and maintain passive candidate pipelines using a CRM preferred.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering for AI-powered recruiting tools preferred.
