About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects: Oversee technical activities and ensure successful execution from design through commissioning.
- Lead technical meetings with the client.
- Collaborate with the project manager on scheduling, risk mitigation, and change requests.
- Analyze client specifications and prepare project technical documentation.
- Manage technical execution scheduling and ensure compliance with GE Vernova safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in design engineering of digital protection and control systems.
- Relevant experience in power distribution automation.
- Proficiency in design and programming of electrical control systems, including SCADA/HMI, cybersecurity, network equipment, IEC 61850, firewalls, etc.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within the United States and Canada.
