About the role

  • Lead Graphic Designer elevating brand visuals for Givelify’s online and mobile giving platform. Driving design strategy, brand consistency, cross-functional collaboration, and creative team mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution for high-impact visual design initiatives representing life-changing causes, products, organizations, and the Givelify brand
  • Produce high-quality creative work while balancing strategic considerations and delivering projects on schedule and within scope
  • Define, maintain, and evolve Givelify’s visual brand identity across all channels
  • Represent design in cross-functional planning, reviews, and strategy discussions
  • Mentor designers through advice, consultation, and shared best practices
  • Define and drive design strategy for major initiatives with stakeholders, teammates, and executive leadership
  • Lead world-class designs across digital and physical mediums
  • Embed audience and business-strategy understanding into design decisions
  • Champion visual standards, consistency, and innovation in the Givelify brand
  • Collaborate with project managers, marketers, business stakeholders, and creative leadership
  • Elevate design across the organization through mentorship, thought leadership, creative culture, and design systems
  • Track KPIs including creative cycle days and replies per cycle
  • Report to the Art Director

Requirements

  • 6+ years of demonstrated experience
  • Portfolio or link to work required with application
  • Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and Figma
  • Strong conceptual thinking with a contemporary, user-centric aesthetic
  • Mastery of typography, color, and layout hierarchy
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working and leading design strategy cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
  • Excellent organization, planning, execution, and time management skills
  • Superior attention to detail and passion for design excellence
  • Resourcefulness and creativity in solving complex issues
  • Ability to connect design decisions to brand and business outcomes
  • Customer-focused, human-centric approach
  • Ability to mentor fellow designers
