About the role
- Senior Full Stack Engineer building scalable hiring intelligence features for GoodTime’s interview scheduling automation platform. Driving architecture, performance, and customer-focused product development.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable, high-quality features powering GoodTime's hiring intelligence platform
- Architect and implement new features and iterate/maintain existing features
- Debug and investigate bugs reported by customers
- Partner with Product and Design teams to plan feature development
- Drive performance and stability improvements across GoodTime Hire
- Demo new features to internal stakeholders at company-wide all hands meetings
- Own projects from initial concept through release
- Learn new languages, systems, and models as the market shifts
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to drive the technical roadmap and deliver impactful solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Software development
- 3+ years experience in Javascript/Typescript
- 3+ years experience in React
- Advanced knowledge of web development, with a deep understanding of the Javascript ecosystem
- Experience with debugging tools, such as Datadog
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer empathy
- Product driven mindset
- Strong attention to detail and emphasis on quality work
- Comfortable learning new technologies and systems
- Experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development and test-driven development
- Experience with relational databases
