About the role

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- ability to translate complex business requirements into documentation
- proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite
- bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus.
