Responsibilities
- Lead the team covering corporate systems, employee device lifecycles, helpdesk queues, and internal tooling development.
- Handle corporate security initiatives.
- Define internal AI rollout and security strategy.
- Manage relationships with core SaaS vendors.
- Ensure visibility of work and costs to stakeholders.
- Leverage the Grafana product to solve challenges.
- Act as a leader within the Foundations department.
- Conduct coaching and mentoring for team members.
Requirements
- Experience running a software engineering operations team
- Strong engineering background
- Understanding of cloud providers
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Managing and automating corporate IT systems
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android)
- Experience with SSO (Okta, 1Password)
- Knowledge of workplace productivity tools (Google Workspace, Office)
- MDM experience (Jamf, Intune, FleetDM, Kolide)
- Familiarity with corporate SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Knowledge of AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, Google, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work Eastern-time oriented hours
