- Experience shipping AI products from prototype through production at scale.
- Deep GenAI fluency with hands-on experience building or shipping agentic systems.
- Fluency in Cursor, Claude, Copilot
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Claude AI, GitHub, and Cursor
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking paired with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
- Consultative problem-solving and the ability to guide conversations beyond immediate deliverables.
