Sales Representative converting high-intent leads for AI healthcare solutions. Collaborating with clinicians and healthcare practitioners for effective product demonstrations and pipeline management.
Responsibilities
Own high-intent inbound demand and convert interest into qualified pipeline for the Canadian sales team
Run live conversations and product demos with clinicians, practice managers, and operators, earning trust quickly and setting a high bar for how Heidi shows up
Deconstruct how medical practices actually operate, identify pain points, and diagnose where Heidi creates real value
Qualify and route opportunities with speed and precision across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships
Build deep product mastery so you can answer questions in the moment, not defer or deflect
Maintain clean notes, clear context, and strong handoffs so nothing is lost downstream
Continuously improve how we qualify, message, and respond to inbound demand as volume and complexity increase
Requirements
