Responsibilities
- Manage multiple transformer service projects, including maintenance and life-extension activities
- Ensure high-quality project execution across engineering, logistics planning, and on-site service phases
- Act as the primary client point of contact from order handover through project closeout
- Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, including expense forecasting
- Create detailed project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and alignment
- Ensure consistent project delivery in accordance with internal processes
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in transformer services or related fields (manufacturing, engineering design, or plant project management)
- Experience with transformer substations and/or large power transformers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Proficiency in French and English
- Vocational training, college diploma, or university degree in a technical field (electrical or mechanical)
