About the role
- Tech Lead Full Stack - Azure/React leading development of cloud-native applications and collaborating with project teams. Ensuring scalability, adherence to standards, and assisting project estimations and task definitions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Create and maintain logical and physical design artifacts
- Assist in defining high-level and low-level tasks for the technical team
- Work closely with individual team members to estimate and refine task durations
- Provide technical design guidance to ensure scalability and extensibility of solutions
- Ensure adherence to maintenance and enhancement practices
- Collaborate with other technology teams as needed to support interdependent projects
- Contribute to the definition and governance of architectural standards within the department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 7 years’ experience in software development
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET-based applications
- Experience implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
- Utilizing Azure services and platforms
- Designing and optimizing database schemas and writing efficient SQL queries
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in mentoring junior team members is a plus
- Experience in leading technical projects from inception to completion is a plus
