Responsibilities
Identify and implement codebase improvements to enable AI agents to work faster and more safely.
Collaborate with a team of senior engineers in an agile, trust-based environment with high autonomy.
Drive decisions and build consensus asynchronously by leveraging AI to write rigorous documentation and specifications.
Deliver fast. Learn fast. Repeat. Orchestrate AI agents to build new features end-to-end (from UX to database) with minimal supervision.
Design scalable solutions and foundational models that allow us to efficiently launch new portals.
Work directly with product managers (PMs) and business partners to define our roadmap; your voice and technical vision matter.
Collaborate with a diverse team, giving and receiving the feedback necessary for your professional growth.
Requirements

Demonstrated ability to lead AI agents and automated workflows to design, implement, and maintain complex software systems with minimal human intervention.
Expertise in designing technical guardrails and automated feedback loops that maximize AI agent productivity and reliability.

Experience (or a strong willingness to learn) in developing distributed systems in Scala.
