About the role

  • Product Manager managing product strategy and performance for HostPapa's web hosting services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Be the owner of product KPIs, including revenue, ARPU, churn, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Own product life cycle, including product and market research, competitive analysis, roadmap development, iterative product development, feature releases, and product launches
  • Create and maintain Product Descriptions
  • Responsible for managing pricing and costs
  • Invest in understanding the customer and identifying areas of improvement to deliver the optimal experience
  • Communicate clear objectives with marketing, sales, and support channels to deliver on product performance
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and technical design by collaborating with engineering
  • Provide direction to the marketing team on product promotions and offers, and aids for sales channel
  • Partner with the engineering team to define requirements, prioritize work, and do product testing
  • Pilot products to pressure test assumptions
  • Provide product demos and training
  • Track and analyze success metrics
  • Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs

Requirements

  • Strong communicator with the ability to create content and present ideas to different audiences
  • Excellent ability to use qualitative and quantitative data sources to advise decision-making
  • Experience collaborating with other teams to build alignment across the organization
  • Familiarity with delivering products iteratively by working very closely with engineering teams
  • Experience coordinating and prioritizing against time, scope, and resources
  • Excellent ability to communicate vision, roadmap, and requirements
  • Strong understanding of the hosting industry or related industries, including web development
  • Familiar and comfortable with AI tools and technologies
  • Prior experience working with SCRUM or other agile methodologies will be considered a plus
