About the role
- QA Lead responsible for writing automation and improving QA practices at InnoSoft Canada. Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to enhance overall quality processes.
Responsibilities
- Write, maintain, and extend automated test suites across the Fusion product suite
- Own the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct a thorough assessment of current test coverage
- Apply risk-based prioritization to decide where to invest effort first
- Fix workflows by simplifying them
- Raise the technical capabilities of the QA team
- Work closely with engineering and product teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of progressive QA experience
- Proven experience in multi-product software environments
- Strong, current hands-on skills in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)
- Solid API testing skills (REST) with tools like Postman
- Practical experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with performance and load testing tools
- Strong defect analysis skills
- Proficiency with defect tracking and workflow tools (e.g., Jira)
