Responsibilities

Supporting members approaching retirement by helping them understand their retirement income options.
Assisting clients during key life events by providing basic financial guidance tailored to their situation.
Leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data to track engagement and identify targeted opportunities.
Collaborating closely with support teams to ensure operational efficiency and the successful delivery of special projects.
Requirements
Holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or any other relevant field.
Has at least two years of experience in financial advisory services, wealth management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
Is recognized for the ability to simplify complex financial concepts and make them accessible to a diverse client base.
Stands out for strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates a strong ability to build trust and manage a high volume of clients and interactions effectively.
Is known for autonomy, organizational skills, and a strong team spirit.
Has an advanced level of proficiency in English, as the role requires daily communication with internal stakeholders and English-speaking clients across Canada via email and phone.
Fluent in French both oral and written
