- Design digital training modules: video capsules, microlearning, interactive modules (Rise), guides, and practical tutorials
- Analyze training needs in collaboration with internal teams
- Structure and simplify technical content to make it pedagogically effective
- Produce and edit multimedia content (videos, visuals, interactive content)
- Write scripts, scenarios, storyboards, and instructional documents
- Facilitate or co‑facilitate virtual training sessions (Teams) and occasionally in‑person sessions
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the training offering
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital instructional design
- Strong mastery of digital design tools (Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, AI voice tools)
- Advanced level of English (required for unilingual English-speaking teams and clients)
