About the role

Project Manager coordinating clinical research projects at ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. Leading teams, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and delivering projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project and program management delivery
Resolve project issues and develop team capability
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts to meet project objectives
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement strategies to address challenges
Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates
Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred
Significant experience in project management and team leadership
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering results within scope, time, and budget constraints
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)
Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are advantageous
