- IT Systems Administrator managing IT operations, CRM admin, and WordPress maintenance for Ideal Siding. Focused on support, documentation, and internal processes for a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Support the company’s day-to-day IT operations, CRM administration, user onboarding, and technical maintenance of WordPress websites and related web infrastructure.
- Act as the internal IT point of contact for WordPress websites and related web infrastructure.
- Support daily IT operations for franchise partners and HQ staff.
- Provide internal helpdesk support, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
- Create and maintain clear SOPs, checklists, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of WordPress administration and common website technical issues (1-3 years of experience)
- Experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical support role.
- Understanding of hosting, DNS, SSL, domains, backups, staging environments, and website infrastructure.
- Experience with user access management, SaaS administration, MFA, and basic security best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Strong documentation, organization, troubleshooting, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
