Responsibilities
- Completing a variety of parking registration tasks providing excellent customer service.
- Greeting everyone entering and exiting the location.
- Issuing parking tickets and keeping record of parking tickets issued on daily log sheet.
- Directing patients, visitors, staff and others to appropriate parking areas.
- Providing assistance to customers and answering parking-related enquiries.
- Taking ownership and leadership of the overall parking operations for the locations assigned.
- Providing assistance in person and remotely to customers in the use of the automated parking equipment.
- Completing and assisting in minor equipment repairs.
- Assuring cleanliness of the parking registration desk and equipment.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- High level of interpersonal skills, including poise and diplomacy.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools for making repairs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
