Responsibilities
Completing a variety of parking registration tasks providing excellent customer service.
Greeting everyone entering and exiting the location.
Issuing parking tickets and keeping record of parking tickets issued on daily log sheet.
Directing patients, visitors, staff and others to appropriate parking areas.
Providing assistance to customers and answering parking-related enquiries.
Taking ownership and leadership of the overall parking operations for the locations assigned.
Providing assistance in person and remotely to customers in the use of the automated parking equipment.
Completing and assisting in minor equipment repairs.
Assuring cleanliness of the parking registration desk and equipment.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
High level of interpersonal skills, including poise and diplomacy.
Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
Previous customer service experience.
Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
Ability to work with little supervision.
Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools for making repairs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
