About the role

  • Parking Registration Desk Attendant providing customer service at Indigo Group. Responsible for parking registration tasks, issuing tickets, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Completing a variety of parking registration tasks providing excellent customer service.
  • Greeting everyone entering and exiting the location.
  • Issuing parking tickets.
  • General cleaning and patrol duties at one or more of the parking locations.
  • Assisting guests with the parking registration process.
  • Providing general information and directions.
  • Issuing and keeping record of parking tickets issued on daily log sheet.
  • Directing patients, visitors, staff and others to appropriate parking areas.
  • Providing assistance to customers and answering parking-related enquiries.
  • Taking ownership and leadership of the overall parking operations for the locations assigned.
  • Providing assistance in person and remotely to customers in the use of the automated parking equipment.
  • Completing and assisting in minor equipment repairs.
  • Assuring cleanliness of the parking registration desk and equipment.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • High level of interpersonal skills, including poise and diplomacy.
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools for making repairs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
