Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to design and deliver critical employee data integrations.
- Ensure the smooth transmission of payroll, benefits, HR, and vendor data to support Dayforce go-lives.
- Lead end-to-end integration delivery across multiple concurrent implementation projects.
- Coordinate clients, vendors, project teams, and offshore resources to meet timelines and milestones.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and file-mapping documentation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks.
- Resolve issues before they affect timelines, data accuracy, or client readiness.
- Provide proactive and structured status communication to clients and internal teams.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and validate integration outputs.
- Translate technical concepts into clear updates for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to cross-industry engagements in the government, healthcare, and financial services sectors.
- Facilitate client workshops and take ownership of integration architecture and design decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting or with a systems integrator, ideally on Dayforce implementations or broader HR technology projects.
- Dayforce certification(s), particularly in integrations or data, is an asset.
- Experience with API/web services integrations, SFTP, common data formats (XML, JSON, CSV), and integration testing and troubleshooting is required.
- Familiarity with encryption technologies (e.g., PGP), middleware/integration platforms, and Dayforce integration tools (e.g., Data Hub and flat-file interfaces) is an asset.
- Experience in presales, RFPs, or estimation is an asset.
- French/English bilingualism is preferred.
- Ability to facilitate client workshops and translate technical integration concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and in unstructured, scale-up client environments.
- Proactive and structured project status communication: clear, concise, and client-ready.
- Three (3) or more years of experience with Dayforce Studio integrations (payroll, benefits, HR, and vendor data), covering flat-file interfaces and data integrations ranging from routine to complex and custom.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to client stakeholders—both technical and non-technical—with a proven track record managing complex HR transformation projects from design through delivery.
- Take ownership of integration architecture and design decisions, challenge requirements when appropriate, and recommend scalable approaches.
- Experience in consulting or with a systems integrator, with the ability to work comfortably in ambiguous and unstructured client environments.
