About the role
- AI Engagement Manager responsible for orchestrating AI engagements with B2B partners. Overseeing delivery precision and managing partner relationships within Instacart's Enterprise Solutions team.
Responsibilities
- Own the full AI engagement arc from discovery through workflow adoption
- Drive requirements and delivery precision
- Champion continuous quality
- Hold the R&D feedback loop
- Build playbooks for scalable delivery frameworks
- Own engagement economics and track cost structure
- Travel to partner locations during key engagement phases
Requirements
- 8+ years in technical project management, enterprise engagement management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing programs across the full software development lifecycle
- Technical fluency with AI/ML implementations and integration dependencies
- Experience building and maintaining engagement cost models
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Proficiency in program management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to travel ~50% within North America
