About the role

  • AI Product Manager leading AI product strategy for innovative solutions at Intact Lab. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance productivity and efficiency through AI technology.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI product vision and strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into a clear vision for value-oriented AI product development.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary agile team of business stakeholders, designers, data scientists, and developers from ideation to execution.
  • Communicate clearly to stakeholders and leadership on product features, prioritization rationale, and success measures.
  • Manage risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI products.
  • Stay in the flow of industry best practices in AI product development.
  • Monitor product performance: Track the impact of AI solutions.
  • Iterate based on performance metrics and user feedback to ensure exceptional user experiences.
  • Manage the backlog: Prioritize the backlog of work to ensure the product is delivered according to roadmaps.
  • Guide sprint planning and execution to refine and prioritize AI-experience related tasks.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in creating and delivering digital enterprise or B2B products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: Able to align stakeholders and leadership through clear, concise communication.
  • Good knowledge of performance measurement tools such as Adobe Analytics.
  • Expertise in presentations and workshop facilitation.
  • Good understanding of technical aspects related to design and development.
  • Experience with AI technologies is highly desirable.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
