Implementation Consultant delivering SaaS solutions for Irth Solutions, a critical-infrastructure software company. Gathering requirements, configuring systems, training clients, and coordinating implementation delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for clients
Gather business requirements and translate current-state processes into future-state processes within Irth's products
Identify process gaps, configuration needs, and product enhancement opportunities
Build and maintain client relationships and serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for assigned projects
Customize and configure software systems according to client requirements
Guide clients through configuration using a Train-the-Trainer approach
Demonstrate system functionality and provide implementation guidance
Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with internal technical teams
Partner with Project Managers to plan, execute, monitor, and report on implementation initiatives
Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables
Coordinate client enhancement requests with product and development teams
Communicate development timelines, ETAs, and changes to stakeholders
Ensure requirements and user stories are reflected in technical designs and development sprints
Document requirements through SOWs, process-flow diagrams, wireframes, flowcharts, and configuration documentation
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, issue tracking, and client sign-off
Provide ongoing implementation support and identify process-improvement opportunities
Requirements

Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices, processes, and procedures
Ability to identify process, product, and operational improvement opportunities
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to define and communicate technical changes and requirements to development and technical teams
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in software implementation or delivery roles
Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and software products quickly
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours daily
