About the role
- Implementation Consultant delivering SaaS solutions for Irth Solutions, a critical-infrastructure software company. Gathering requirements, configuring systems, training clients, and coordinating implementation delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for clients
- Gather business requirements and translate current-state processes into future-state processes within Irth's products
- Identify process gaps, configuration needs, and product enhancement opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships and serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for assigned projects
- Customize and configure software systems according to client requirements
- Guide clients through configuration using a Train-the-Trainer approach
- Demonstrate system functionality and provide implementation guidance
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with internal technical teams
- Partner with Project Managers to plan, execute, monitor, and report on implementation initiatives
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables
- Coordinate client enhancement requests with product and development teams
- Communicate development timelines, ETAs, and changes to stakeholders
- Ensure requirements and user stories are reflected in technical designs and development sprints
- Document requirements through SOWs, process-flow diagrams, wireframes, flowcharts, and configuration documentation
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, issue tracking, and client sign-off
- Provide ongoing implementation support and identify process-improvement opportunities
Requirements

- Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices, processes, and procedures
- Ability to identify process, product, and operational improvement opportunities
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to define and communicate technical changes and requirements to development and technical teams
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in software implementation or delivery roles
- Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and software products quickly
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours daily
