About the role
- Senior Product Designer in the JaneX team focusing on creating intuitive and human-centered documentation experiences for practitioners managing clinical encounters.
Responsibilities
- Design documentation experiences that help practitioners stay focused on their patients
- Advocate for customers by grounding every decision in thoughtful research
- Lead with clarity by aligning stakeholders and communicating the reasoning behind your work
- Deliver consistently high-quality design outcomes by iterating on real-world usage
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or similar environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates clarity, craft, and intentional decision-making across complex workflows.
- Proven experience designing AI-powered experiences that feel trustworthy, transparent, and human-centered.
- Strong systems thinking skills with a track record of designing across interconnected workflows.
- Experience leading user research and translating insights into product decisions that drive measurable improvements in outcomes and experience quality.
- Fluency with modern design tools and a comfort working in iterative, collaborative environments where things move fast and the problems are rarely fully defined.
