Senior BizOps and Analytics Manager driving data-informed growth, product, AI, and partnership initiatives at Jerry.ai. Owning metrics, analyses, experiments, and recommendations for a company managing customers’ physical assets.

Responsibilities

Embed in a core business area—growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships—and own its analytical function end-to-end
Define business questions and the decisions they should inform
Challenge flawed or unclear questions before analysis
Define metrics and build reports
Run analyses and design experiments
Surface insights that improve key business metrics
Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts
Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the appropriate next steps
Drive important initiatives and execute them through to measurable business outcomes

6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
Strong analytical skills
Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
Clear, persuasive communication skills
Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python
Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
