About the role

  • Analyste de données développant des tableaux de bord Power BI et des solutions BI pour Michelin, fabricant international de pneumatiques. Soutien à la gouvernance des données et à la performance des processus Design to Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Support business decision-making and performance improvement through data analysis, reporting, and the development of business intelligence solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Beyond Road stakeholders to understand business needs and develop relevant analyses.
  • Maintain reporting tools and data governance practices.
  • Provide user support and keep documentation and training materials up to date.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Design to Manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze requirements, write specifications, clean and prepare data, and identify trends and patterns.
  • Apply Group ethics standards and data governance rules.
  • Manage and support data sources, including Data Lake environments, internal data repositories, and external databases.
  • Collaborate with process partners, process engineers, and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
  • Promote development standards, governance practices, and continuous improvement among Citizen Developers.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions for process teams and their internal partners.
  • Provide Level 1 support for reporting and analytics tools, maintain user documentation, and train users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in business intelligence and data management.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent is an asset.
  • Experience in industrial procurement, direct procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related business function is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Collaborative team spirit and ability to build strong working relationships across functions.
  • Adaptability and customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to learn quickly.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
