Responsibilities
Support analytical work from requirements specification and data gathering through analysis and presentations
Serve as the analytical resource for RA&S marketing teams
Develop decision-ready reporting and dashboards highlighting performance drivers, emerging trends, and recommended actions
Merge campaign and digital analytics data with back-end source data to show end-to-end client journeys
Derive business insights from analytical output and develop business recommendations with team leads
Prepare effective presentations of findings for multiple stakeholder levels
Collaborate across RA&S and the broader Data and Analytics community
Develop trusted reporting and analytical solutions
Automate recurring processes and build scalable data products and measurement solutions
Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Continue growing capabilities through internal training, peers, and other sources
Requirements
5+ years working with data, including quantitative analysis, data handling, manipulation, analysis, and analytical reporting
Comfortable writing complex SQL queries to extract and integrate data from multiple database sources
Expert use of Python/PySpark for working with data
Experience with AWS stack, including SageMaker, Glue, and Lambda
Experience with Adobe Analytics
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quick Sight, or ability to self-learn these tools
Effective and concise oral and written storytelling and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and manage expectations of team leaders
Ability to document work
BSc in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field, such as computer science
Reliability Status Clearance required before starting employment
Must satisfactorily complete applicable background checks before the start date and during employment
Experience in life insurance, wealth management, or other financial services industry is nice to have
Understanding of predictive and prescriptive techniques is nice to have
MSc in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field is nice to have
Experience working with unstructured data is nice to have
