About the role

  • Student Data Analyst supporting Sun Life’s financial security mission through stakeholder insights and Tableau KPI reporting. Building data analysis skills during a four-month hybrid campus placement.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to draw business insights from analytical outputs
  • Communicate recommendations and data insights to leadership teams
  • Help deliver automated reporting on key performance metrics (KPIs) using Tableau
  • Work with key datasets to help form proactive insights

Requirements

  • Available to students with a graduation date of April 2027 or later
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent
  • Understanding of data analysis, data management, and data modelling
  • Proficiency in SQL would be an asset
  • Proficiency in Python would be an asset
