Requirements
- A track record of success in being an established software engineer, as well as time spent in a leadership position, guiding a team in the delivery of quality software
- Strong full-stack technical background, including design and architectural experience
- The ability to be agile in an agile environment
- Effective written and oral communication
- Collaboration down to an art
- To be a leader and mentor
- Previous experience with our development stack: Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, TypeScript, GraphQL, React (highly desired, but not a dealbreaker)
- Previous experience with payments, accounting, or other areas of fintech (highly desired, but not a dealbreaker)
