Requirements
- Proven product management experience at a Senior level in a SaaS environment.
- Previous experience working within agile and scrum frameworks, leading cross-functional teams through iterative product cycles and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying problems and proposing innovative solutions.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance customer needs with business goals, ensuring product development aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Maintain a data-driven mindset, using data to define problems and measure success.
- Comfortability with ambiguity, managing confidence in decision making while being open to trying new approaches.
- High level of autonomy, taking initiative on projects without oversight and driving continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills, with the ability to motivate teams around bold goals.
