Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development including product discovery, shaping, delivery, and ensuring successful outcomes.
Drive clarity and alignment across the team, stakeholders, and organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring shared understanding of product goals.
Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, challenges, and behaviors, then synthesize insights into actionable strategies.

Prioritize user and business impact, ensuring every product decision drives value for customers.

Requirements
Proven product management experience at a Senior level in a SaaS environment.
Previous experience working within agile and scrum frameworks, leading cross-functional teams through iterative product cycles and adapting to shifting priorities.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying problems and proposing innovative solutions.
Commercially minded, with the ability to balance customer needs with business goals, ensuring product development aligns with the company’s objectives.
Maintain a data-driven mindset, using data to define problems and measure success.
Comfortability with ambiguity, managing confidence in decision making while being open to trying new approaches.
High level of autonomy, taking initiative on projects without oversight and driving continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills, with the ability to motivate teams around bold goals.
