Responsibilities
- Manage Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher operations
- Ensure high level of customer service skills and operational understanding
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization
- Provide technical expertise in Blue Yonder configurations
Requirements
- Three plus year experience in 3PL from a systems and operational perspective.
- Extensive experience with BY Dispatcher from a technical configuration perspective (multiple versions)
- Track record of IT projects (implementations and development programmes)
- Knowledge of WMS systems used within Logistics.
- Knowledge of change and release processes utilised for IT products
- Knowledge of the application and deployment of software testing / QA processes
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
