- Manage & Optimize Core Rails: Oversee performance and reliability of existing payment rails
- Build the Future of Payments: Lead discovery and implementation of new payment methods
- AI-Accelerated Execution: Leverage AI tools to draft specifications and analyze data
- Strategic Roadmap: Define long-term payments strategy balancing compliance, partner requirements, and user experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian payments landscape (ISO 20022, RTR, Interac, clearing & settlement)
- Experience with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.)
- Ability to read API specs and prototype in code
- SQL proficiency
- Strong strategic thinking skills
