Responsibilities
- Lead data and AI transformation programs for Canada’s leading enterprises
- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders
- Translate client challenges into actionable data and AI strategies
- Lead design and implementation of modern data platforms using cloud-native architectures
- Oversee delivery of end-to-end engagements spanning data engineering, machine learning, and intelligent automation
- Define enterprise AI strategies, including adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI
- Collaborate with hyperscaler and ecosystem partners to deliver modern AI solutions
- Mentor team members and cultivate a high-performing, innovation-driven culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading data, analytics, and AI transformation programs
- Proven experience building and modernizing data platforms on cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong expertise in machine learning, generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning), and emerging agentic AI applications
- Deep understanding of data strategy, architecture, governance, and engineering practices
- Demonstrated success in engaging business stakeholders and translating AI innovation into measurable business outcomes
- Strong sales and client engagement skills — ability to define value propositions and lead executive discussions
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management across business and technical domains
