About the role
- Project Manager managing aerospace in-service support projects with customer satisfaction objectives. Leading execution and ensuring project performance within contract frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of projects from inception to completion
- Drive execution to achieve key business and customer satisfaction objectives
- Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of projects
- Lead program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Apply the five main processes of project management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering required
- Hold Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) required or Hold a Master Degree In Project Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience in the aerospace industry required
- Experience in the Canadian Defence Industry and in a performance based contract environment are considered assets
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
